If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund within 30 days from the delivery of your first order. We will promptly refund the total product cost, excluding shipping and taxes. This refund policy applies only to your first order and not to any subsequent shipments. For subsequent shipments, you have the flexibility to cancel or reschedule at any time by accessing your account. Rest assured; we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products and services.

Free shipping on all orders over $100 (before tax and after discounts) or on all “Subscribe and Save” orders within the US. 

All orders under $100 will have a flat shipping rate of $4.99. Ground shipping & handling usually takes 5 to 7 business days from the order date.

Our products undergo thorough quality testing, and our warehouse team inspects all shipments before dispatching. In the unlikely event you receive a damaged item, please inform our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a replacement request. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, and exchanges are only for exact items purchased unless the item is no longer available. Please provide us with detailed information regarding the damaged product for prompt assistance. Pictures may be necessary upon request.
